In <strong>World War II<\/strong>, it was alternately used by French and American troops and remained occupied until the <strong>1950s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"444\" data-end=\"492\"><strong>New Beginning &amp; the Splendor of the Past<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"493\" data-end=\"734\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">After an extensive renovation in 1957, the Kurhaus once again shone in its original splendor.
